One dead in landslides from heavy rains in Mexico caused by "Frank".
Oaxaca (Mexico), Aug 24 .- A man was killed and another disappeared today causing more landslides due to rain on a hill in Oaxaca, one of the Mexican states affected by the presence in the Pacific, Tropical Storm " Frank ", which threatens to become hurricane this Wednesday.
