Antinuclear Platform Palencia morning calls from ATC a concentration.
Palencia, April 2 .- The North Antinuclear Platform Palencia, in their campaign of protests to reject the installation of a Centralized Temporary Storage (ATC), to organize a rally tomorrow in Valdavia Congosto to show their opposition to the installation.
Congosto of Valdavia is one of eight locations in Spain candidates to host future Centralized Temporary Storage of nuclear waste, better, sto credits, known as ATC, following the announcement of withdrawal of candidature Torrubia (Soria).
The goal, according to reported the Platform is to inform the neighbors of the damages that the storage of nuclear waste in the region.
The spokesperson for the Platform, Josefina Fraile, has stated that its "purpose is to convey to society the message that nuclear cemetery where fewer votes department, aika gold, will lose the government."
He further clarified that after the withdrawal of the candidature Torrubia, Soria, and the massive mobilization of rejection in Catalonia, "there are many more possibilities for the ATC to remain in the province, being unfriendly to street protests."
